Does no one in the history of popular mangas or comics ever wear a damn bra? What's with all the hard nipples? Why are their breasts so perky when they aren't wearing a bra? I don't get it.

Why when I see drawings of the 'standard male pose' it's always a dude in the most uncomfortable looking position with his pelvis stuck out? I don't get that either.
